By using Surfaced (joinsurfaced.com) you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

The service

Surfaced provides SEO and AI-search optimization tools, including AI-visibility tracking, search-data analysis, and AI-generated content drafts. You're responsible for reviewing any generated content before you publish it.

Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You're responsible for activity under your account and for the sites and credentials you connect.

Acceptable use

Don't use Surfaced to violate any law, infringe others' rights, or generate deceptive or spammy content. Only connect sites and accounts you're authorized to manage.

Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Surfaced is provided “as is.” We don't guarantee specific rankings, AI mentions, or traffic outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages.
